Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please request a return through our returns platform Bayside Uniforms Returns . You have 14 days from the delivery date to request your return. For any other questions please contact us at shop@baysideuniforms.com.
If you wish to exchange or request a store credit for a returned item, you won't have to pay anything! However, if you prefer a refund, a restocking fee of 7$ will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover processing and logistics expenses. This fee will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send items back without contacting us first—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Iron-on Patches
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items or gift cards
If you’re unsure about an item’s eligibility, feel free to reach out before placing your return.
Exchanges
Need a different size or item? The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, contact us at shop@baysideuniforms.com.
